NO CONTACT, FEEDBACK, NO REPLY TO EMAILS & CALLS

I am now passed desperation with my claim lodged in November 2013 for hail damage. Absa Insurance do not respond to 8 emails enquiring feedback. Try phoning their toll free no the call centre operator promises to relay message and NO call back. I spoke to Nofundo Mahlangu when i by chance got through emailed her MY OWN quotation obtained and photographs as she requested the very next day (as per Absa sms requesting us to try to get our own quotation) i have on numerous occassions (i have copies of emails) asked her just for a progress report, she has never ever bothered answering me. Then on another chance i got hold of Natasha Chetty who could not see my quotation i emailed it to her too and she said she would get back to me in 48 hours. That was 1 week ago, you can phone the whole day from 8am - 4pm forget it their tel nos just ring. It is extremely frustrating and disgusting that they will not even reply to a email.
