How can we not help you

Tried to withdraw money from Nedbank atm at Clearwater mall. Received an sms to say my transaction had been processed but no money came out the machine. I made two more attemps only for the machine to state there was a technical problem. R350 has been taken out my account; i did not receive a cent. I tried to lodge a problem at my cresta branch with Linda the next day who stated it did not show up on the system and should wait 48 hours. I went back to the cresta branch and spoke to linda again who said she was sending an email to them and would call me back on Monday, whether she had heard from them or not (roughly 48 hours later or so). I call her on Monday as i have heard nothing from her. She didn't receive my message apparently. Call back again and leave another message. She calls back and says she's heard nothing and can't get hold of anyone. My question was, when is this going to be sorted out, she doesn't know is her answer. 2 weeks now; wonderful, nick money from a single mother and not return it. After being with FNB for over 10 years i can honestly say if i did not owe money on my credit card i would change banks
