FNB WILL NOT OPEN MY NPO ACCOUNT!!!

Ive been into FNB at least 4 times and they always give an excuse... some so ridiculous that I contacted the DoSD to clarify and they contacted FNB giving instruction to assist. I went in again a few minutes ago and my proof of residence will not be accepted because my second name initial is not on it.

This on top of being told to register my NPO with CIRPO??? Rubbish!

Today the consultant showed the real problem, they don't want the effort. She said in a very irate tone, I'm gona need help with this. She tried to get me to go to another branch instead.

It's just disgusting!!!

Looks like FNB is not interested in Helping... I can be sure to be told "come in please and we will resolve it" only to go in AGAIN and be turned away.

I wouldn't be surprised if FNB does not want my NPO account.
