Disappointing service

On the 7th December i went to standard bank branch in Wonderpark to report my bank cards. i could not get the assistance i required because i was told that their system is unable to issue a debit card for me because i am a former employee. I noticed that the person who assisted me was not wearing a name tag or uniform. He sent me to Pretoria North branch because their telephone lines were off and he could not phone helpdesk. On the 12th i went to Pretoria North branch and i also could not get a debit card, the system could not issue one for me. i had to withdraw and walk around with cash. I also noticed that the person who assisted me was also not wearing a name tag and about 5 more employees that i saw that day were not wearing their uniform or name tags. Even the tellers. My confidence was shaken by the staff's appearance because it will become difficult for us customers to differentiate between the employees and corn artists who might pretend to be employees. Pretoria north branch logged a call with helpdesk to try and resolve my problem, and i was told it takes 48 working hours and they will contact me. I am still waiting for their call.
