During the course of April I ordered pizza at Pretoria North branch, when we arrived at home the dough was still raw but I did not report it because it was busy at the branch, then on Monday 17 June 2013 I ordered pizza again for delivery, the dough was raw again, I had to waste R195 pizza again. How could this same matter happen twice. Where is the supervisor or branch manager to observe what is going on at the branch, clearly there is a problem at the branch as I have heard of other unsatisfied customers in Pretoria North area. There should something done at this branch. once is a mistake, but twice is unacceptable.
