I was sent an SMS that notified me that my cheque card is ready for collection at the Bramley branch, as the one that I have will expire end July. I replied back to say I am no longer working in Johannesburg area therefore my card should be forwarded to Akasia, Wonderpark branch. I even went to Wonderpark branch on the 11th July to request that they order it from the Bramley branch.

I went to Wonderpark branch to collect it on the 29th July, but I was told that that they have not received it yet and I must call card division. Standard Bank you give me that card, or I will be closing all my accounts and moving to a bank that will not make me run around like a headless chicken, throwing me from pillar to post. You have 24 hours to address this issue. Tick, tok... I am waiting!!!
