Stuck in NZ without being able to use my Cards

BAD BAD BAD BAD BADDDDDD!!! STANDARD BANK CARD DEVISION

My son left for NZ on the 8th October 2013. Since landing there he has had problems with the use of
his Standard Bank Debit and Credit Cards. This even after he arranged and informed all the relevant parties that he was going overseas.

We have NUMEROUS times contact all the relevant departments from Customer Service (which does not exsist, to department (which can DO NOTHING) AND STILL he is unable to use his cards.

I have tried getting hold of the PERSON IN CHARGE OF CARD DIVISION - WELL he does not exsist either.
Was told his name is Alan Heys, but no telephone number to get hold of him.

THE SCENARIO: MY CHILD IS SITTING IN NEW ZEALAND UNABLE TO USE HIS CARDS!!!

NOTHING STANDARD BANK CARD DIV HAS DONE HELPS ---STILL NO MONEY

CONTACTED DURBAN NORTH BRANCH ---THEY ALSO TRIED - STILL NO MONEY

QUESTION:
WHAT DO I DO NEXT.

I NOW WILL GO TO THE PAPERS AND ASK THE QUESTIONS THERE!!!
ALSO EAST COAST RADIO ---

IS THERE SOMEBODY THAT CAN HELP!!!
