Complaint / review / scam report
I have a long history with standard bank, i had my first savings account, all the way to buying my first car and right now, im sick and tired of the uselessness that has become standard bank. i dialled 0860101341 to get to the call centre, then they direct me to 0860123000 (general banking) then i call them and after waiting quite a while they direct me to genenral banking again but give me a different number to call and when i asked to be put through to a manager they just put me on hold!!!!!! DOes this bank want me to leave????
