This is the only way for ABSA to respond

Unfortunately it seems that ABSA only listens when you make a complaint on a public site. The words Personal Banker is meaningless. I've (unfortunately) decided to open a Platinum account with ABSA (current account) and moved all my debit orders to this account. Absa is the only one that did not fulfill my request to change the debit order date to the 1st of every month.
The best part is, they call me to inform me that my account is in arrears and I must make payment immediately. I've explained the situation and then I get told that I will be penalized for the return debit order. Here comes the best part, looking at my statement now, it appears that the debit order was in fact successful and they kindly processed another debit order. Therefore I have paid my car twice this month!!! My account is a month old and I'm already regretting it.
When I told my personal banker that I want to come see him because of this problem, one would expect some initiative for him to start investigating the problem so long as I'm out of town the whole week.
I suppose initiative is part of the titanium package.
