Dont care: I'm not Rich enough to get good Service

I don't even know where to start!!! I have been waiting for over a month now on an answer for my application for Vehicle Finance! After Applying at the Tygervalley Branch, being Served by a Andries, I call the monday asking how far, they said he is on leave. Then a Janine said she will forward my application to Wendy. I called numerous times and in this past week, they will call me bak like always and until today no response!!!
Am I too poor or am i not Rich enought to get the superb service that others get? This is unacceptable in todays life with all the technology we have.
It is a fact that I deserve to be treated the same as any other Client of Absa, or does it work by looks or what you have and who you are? If this is what ABSA portrays then I suggest they should close there doors as this is an unequal society already for them to differentiate still based on Class. Dont divide us furtehr with your social divisions based on who we are or how little we can apply, its already hard applying for finance which takes our humanity away from us. Now you make it harder, instead of friendly service which work so that today, tomorrow, forever can work for all South African. Batho Pele
