Bank, for the second Saturday in a row, opens late. The bank opens today between 08:35 - 08:40, no excuse. Last Saturday was the same story. One of the clients today, was knocking against the closed doors.
Further. every time I get to the cashier. they not ready yet, They don't have money or there is no cashiers in site. Bank is opening at 08:30, thus means they must be ready for business, not starting to get ready.
