Insurance excess not paid and no feedback

My husband and I had an insurance policy with Alexander Forbes, we submitted a claim in 20 January 2012. The claim was processed however the feedback on the refund of the excess amount was not done nor was payment done. I did follow up on the issue to no avail and subsequently the policy has been cancelled. I am very much appalled by the service I received as the amount due is quiet large, R7000.00
