I just love running around and having too do things twice. On the 31October 2013 I reinstated my account as it was not active however they then reclosed it on the 1 November 2013, due to the fact there was no money deposited in it, I was told. Wow 1 day. Now curiously if the staff at the bank knew what the were doing they would of told me to deposit money the same day it was re instated. I spent over an hour and a half the last time I was in the bank and due to incompetence I gotta redo everything. When I called in over december the clerk was not sure why the account was closed, i was told only if the account is dormant for three month they close it. So im at the bank today and now I must go get documents again and return once again. Thanks Fnb I love running around for you to take money of my accounts for services charges. I wonder if the other banks staff are educated.
