FNB has the worst possible service I have encountered in a long time, they promote and promote, that explains everything as they promote however not a stitch of service is delivered, eish could just aswell be added to their slogan too. Anyway I have tried swearing talking nice, bickering you name it, just to change and address and enquire about my ebucks then they tell you, your account is not in good standing, you then try and enquire where the fault is and then they give you the run around, then they list you incorrectly on ITC, you then lodge an official dispute with ITC and they gladly assist, and legally remove the ITC listing, when you chat to FNB regarding this concern, they are dumb struck, truly like village and that is what they are at FNB, sheep and monkeys. And who is the ringleader the sitting at the top, all that is needed is the poodle to match the common field, eish eish.
FNB PLease change your Slogan to EISH I don't know, before you promote any product or service
