Refusal to make add a priority advert

Hi,

I have a problem which I need resolved and since I have had no luck with your call centres I am turning to social media and hello Peter.

I have placed an advert with you and I selected the "no expiry" option. I would now like to promote the advert and I am willing to pay the fee required to promote it. The call centre agents tell me that I cannot promote the advert and will have to purchase a brand new advert which is absurd given that I have already paid for the "no expiry" fee with my current advert. To be honest the call centre agents have left me hanging on the line twice for over 20 minutes and then just hung up eventually but that, while shocking, is besides the point.

I simply want to pay to promote my existing advert for a limited time. This is not a complex or unlikely scenario so one would expect your systems to be able to support it.
