LATE FEES CHARGED 68% OF THE INTEREST CHARGED

I have been paying a credit card off and paid more than the interest plus the monthly amounts requested by FNB. I have been late a few times but went to investigate how come the monthly fee has INCREASED by an initial R1000 as opposed to being DECREASED.

Well, the late interest fees are at 54 to 68% of the value of the INTEREST charged PLUS they are charging me for an ELECTRONIC PAYMENT!!!

This is high-way robery...
