WAITING FOR MY REFUND

I had a vehicle that was financed through Nedbank. I ran into some difficult times and had to go onto Debt Counselling.

Everything went fine... until my car was traded in (Financially ok) the vehicle was traded in and was settled. I was told that MFC or Nedbank must pay back some of the money owing to me. This happened at the end of February 2013, it's now the 18 April 2013. I'm still waiting... After phoning the banks on a regular basis asking what's happening, I get " the money has been transferred, call back tomorrow if you haven't received it" After calling the Bank and requesting to see whether the money is in, and then getting told that "nothing is reflecting in your account sir"!!
I again call back and ask what the is going on... I request a statement from MFC showing they have paid it,
I receive the documents, showing it has been paid... BUT no account number!!! Now I'm really off...
I phone back the next day and request to speak to a manager, we discuss the problem and have a tiff about my account then the phone is put down in my ear!!! VERY BAD OF YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE. I HOPE ALL THE CALLS WERE RECORDED. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!!
