Pathetic Service Nedbank - Incompetent Karen Kotze

I started my Business in 2005, and applied for veicle finance with Nedbank for a Truck. They told me they cant help me due to it being a Brand New business and never traded, but I can come back after traded at a later stage they would help me. So in January 2013 i applied for vehicle Finance and guess what they told me "sorry we wont be able to help you" but i have 1/4 of the loan amount in my business bank account. I think this is pathetic, every month I pay them - R2000 - R3000 bank charges alone and this is the service i get for being a Nedbank Business client. I applied at ABSA for my first vehicle Finance guess what I was Financed without any hassles.

I called Karen Kotze who was to look into the application nad call me back within 3 working days with feedback. It has been 6 weeks I am still waiting for her call even after trying to get hold of her and leaving a message for her to call me.

So my thinking is Nedbank is just the bank charge you a load of Money for BANK charges and dont really work for you.
