Claim 162566571. My car has been with the panel beaters for more than 2 months and the quote was changed by the assessor, Almost all the damaged parts have not been taken off the vehicle quote??? What is the point of "fixing" the vehicle if it wont be restored to its original state? This insurance is useless. I am really OFF.
