Money withdrawn from my account

On the 4th of Nov, R200 was used to purchase something from my account while I was at home. I reported immediately and my card wasn't stopped until another guy phoned me back. Following day iwent to the branch nothing much was done I received a new card which I paid for. 10 days later a guy from the dpt called me and asked me to fax him my bank statement which I refused because they should have access to it. This guy was clueless about the money we were talking about. He said he would call back in 3days and nothing happened. 3days later I went to the back again and was told my claim had been declined and they said I had been told but I had beend told nothing. The person said he would me on monday refering to yesterday but I have not heard anything. Standard bank its your job to secure my money. Give it back and I want a clear explanation as to what happend to it while I had my card on me. I will not stop neither will I get tired. Is all mymoney going to disappear and you treat me like this?
