Very very poor service recieved

My car was involved in an accident, february, claim was authorised, and payment made to the financer, on the 20/02/13.the bank after numerous emails to them admited they have sent the orrginaly documents to the insurance, these documents are the one needed to de-register the car under my name.
at the moment im stack with my current vehicle as the rigistration disc has expired in february, now i can not re-new my disc as the old vehicle is still under my name.
i have sent email to the insurance (IWIZE) under writers of M &F, i have not recieved any joy, now i am getting traffic fines as i am driving on car wtih an expired disc,
i sencere request hello peter to help here i have tried all possible avenues to contact my insurance, i got no joy, they call centers are the worst you can ever find, their employees are not competent enough to deal with clients.
i would be suprise even if they reply to this, this is my last resort, then i will letf with no choice to persue legal trying to sort this out, although as per my own observation there was no need for such actions,
