I joined up with Disc Insure and things were going well. Then in April 2013, I did an enquiry to add a vehicle for my son. They gave me a quote, which I accepted, although we had not taken ownership of the car yet, they deducted for both vehicles come 1st May 2013. So I phoned to say that we had not yet taken ownership of the vehicle yet and could they refund me the excess which they had deducted from my Bank Acc. They said that that would be arranged. Well that never happed did it. In May 2013 we found the vehicle that my son was now going to purchase and phoned Disc Insure and arranged another quote which was accepted and a Letter from Disc Insure was e-mailed to me, so that the financing could be arranged. Come 1 June 2013, the Disc Dr Order came through at R5, 000.75 and not expecting such a huge amount as my insurance was around R900.00 and my Son's was around R2, 600.00 anyway this debit order bounced and I went onto Disc to find Banking details to pay the outstanding amount of R5000.75, unfortunately I used the Disc Life Banking details and had to then ask them to transfer the monies to Ins branch.
