Shocking service

I am shocked that in this day and age people actually think that they can get away with poor service. I attempted to re-licence two vehicles in December (early December), I received an email from them with the cost for the one vehicle. I immediately tried to call, no answer. Paid for the vehicle and sent an email querying the other vehicle. Numerous attempted calls followed, with no answer on the number. Got back to Johannesburg early January found an email for the second vehicle and went to collect documents. Lo and behold only one vehicle licenced, because there was a problem with the other vehicle, which they never told me about. Now the 14th January, R1500 later for driving a vehicle with no disc and still no disc. They are demanding additional fee's. They will not refund, but will withhold my disc. Legal? I don't think so. Do not use them - they go through Postnet, do not use!!!
