Last Night I receive an sms saying my account will be suspended if I dont FICA.
This is absolute nonsense as I only got my credit card a month ago.
Now as ABSA is well aware in order to get a new credit card you have to bring all the documents upon collection.
So now why are you so incompetent that you lose documents within the space of a month.
I refuse to go FICA again, as it is not my fault.
I spoke to people in your call centre who admitted that it is not my fault.
I want immediate re-activation of my credit card- a service which I pay for.
And if you are saying to me that in a month you can lose the documents then your Bank is more incompetent than I think.
Just one last thing why on earth do you not give prior warning when you intend on suspending peoples accounts due to your faulty internal systems?
Im disgusted as a client to say that I belong to this bank, and the levels of service I have received are completely inadequate.
