Consolidation Gone Wrong

Two Months ago my wife applied for a consolidation loan from Old Mutual in N1 City. We spoke to Emile Stephanus and he completed the transaction. One of the accounts was with the JD Group. they debited my wife's account after we received confirmation that everything has been paid. We then went to the Brackenfell branch and spoke to Mia, she then discovered that Emile paid the money into the incorrect Joshua Doore account. We were promised by Mia that she would take care of it. since then we have had to call at least once a week to find out what is happening. The last time we spoke to anyone they said that Joshua Doore would take care of it. We have paid two installments already however we don't know if the JD account is still on my wife's name. As you know this is affecting my wife's ITC score negatively. Totally unacceptable from such a big company. Let's see if they will reply...
