I had a loan with Josua Doore Polokwane, A lady at the Branch told me they would refund me this was last year November and this was not done, I called the customer centre spoke to Leeroy a week ago and he said he prossessed the refund it would be paid out by the 13 or 14/01/2014. I called back today and spoke to a lady Nivashnie she told me that the transfer was never made and said she would transfer me to the refunds departement, She transfered me to a lady by the name of Mpho Kotola who then told me she would do the refund but i will have to wait 4 to 7 working days, The funny thing is that Joshua Doore have my banking details its so fast for them to deduct money so why should I suffer with a refund because they have my particulars, and i settled this loan with a transfer which i also called in and they said its settled so why could they have not done the refund when i called to confirm. Joshua Doore is a Company not an individual owner, so i feel people should work as a team and take ownership cause at the end of the day we look at Joshua Doore badly not the individuals who mess up. so i wonder will my refund be prossesed
