On Wednesday, 17 April 2013 I bought a flight ticket from ebucks travel but when I was supposed to receive my confirmation I received an error 762431 (Im not sure what the error meant). But surprisinly my account was debited with amount for the tickets. I then called the call centre where they told me that they would issue my ticket and send it to me. I am stilll waiting for my ticket. I have been calling the call centre sincethis moening but my calls are not answered. Everytime I'm on hold for about 45 minutes to an hour but I do not receive a response. Can I please have some assistance!!!
