Hello

1st let me say what a wonderful idea Ebucks seems to be from a loyalty subscription perspective and i have been a subscriber for many a many years. Being on discount level 3, made me want to strive for level 4, 5 and then sign a partition for the creation of higher levels! But January ticked over to February and with the new revolving 12months policy, i was reduced to level 2. Sad, but true. It is unfortunate that when i really needed to use the service, it failed to service me.

I have been trying to book an international airline ticket for the past week and the result stays the same. "A technical error has occurred and we were unable to process your booking." or something to that effect.
With Error ID:537326699 | Error code:311134 and/or Error ID:537329882 | Error code: 400753

I lost the lowest fare (very important to me now due to my discount demotion). 20/02/13 - call the Travel Desk. Very friendly, reserves a ticket, but cannot process discount or part ebucks payment until technical team reports back. No response yet.

How much am i going to pay for this ticket at the end? Emirates gives a default 10% discount for online bookings. What are you going to do about it?
