I applied for a quote online. A representative called me and took me through the process getting the details of the cars and at the end of the call when I asked about the R400 promotion (since OUTSURANCE could not beat my current premium with AbsaIdirect) she said that I must phone in and redo the whole exercise again!!! What a rip-off is this?
