You do not get R400 back if Outsurance cannot beat your current premium!!! I got a quote from Outsurance which was more than my current insurer and when I asked for my R400 the consultant said she needs to ask her manager and she'd call me back. She never did. When I asked for a quote I had this consultant phoning me like mad but when I claimed my R400 she ignore me. PATHETIC to lead people on OUTSURANCE!!!
