I Sylvia D Ntumba I feel that this insurance did not treat me fairly because they are failing to pay me after writing of the car in 2007.They do not communicate with me I always have to call them and they tell me that they are only going to pay me after the third party has finish paying them. I am confuse because I was insured with them not with the third party this issue is making me to loose trust in the insurance industry some time I end up with a severe headache when I think about it please help me to close this chapter.
