WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I went to Standard Bank Vanderbijlpark in the mall on 02 Feb 2013 to close my cheque account, i stood in line for hours and then finally someone helped me. Went through a long procedure but finally she said i can withdraw all the money from my account inside the bank, and then the account will be closed.. When i was done, i asked her AGAIN, so my account is closed, and she insured me it was, up until my fiance started to get calls from standard bank that i owe them money. first of all why did they call my fiance and not me.. and second of all why call him and discuss MY account with him, the account that is suppose to be close. I Called customer care yesterday they said they will log a complaint and someone will phone me.. guessed what i am still waiting. I want this resolved now.. not tomorrow or when it convient for you, you made the mistake not me!!! I am not paying Standard bank a cent, for a job someone didnt do.. im sorry!
