Olivia Josephs, call made to DMC for statements enquiry and also addressing that an escalation needs to be done so the company can stop Debiting my account. As DMC debit when ever and however advanced Olivia Josephs that the account I will close it month end, so to make a note for me to no longer debit the account told me how I'm going to be the one responsible for Bank charges. I asked that my statement be send monthly like previously i requested that was DONE. Now suddenly not getting the statement need to monitor my account as I'm entitled to a STATEMENT its in the CPA law as a client i Don't understand why should I call monthly for a statement when they Debit the account they don't ask me. Please train the stuff to handle call with sense of urgency and respect ..
