I completed an online request twice to cancel my medical aid number 100269139 with no response from one plan. I then sent an email twice which was replied to by Thabang Lesiamo who told me to provide proof that I had submitted this form online failing which my medical aid would be cancelled with effect from 1.6.2013. Tell me where these requests go and find the two requests I submitted by completing the three blocks at the bottom of the page. Also note that the 'send a copy of this email to yourself' option does NOT work, so other than the confirmation returned Thanks! Your email was successfully sent. there is no proof that this facility is in fact working. Either cancel my medical aid from 1.5.2013 which is what I requested or provide me with proof that my online request was not submitted in time to do this. If your facility is working you will have no problem finding my two original requests.
