My son was born (16/11/2012) 7 and a half months ago and I have now received a letter in the post stating final notice. The doctors are going to hand me over to the lawyers as he as not yet been paid for the delivery of my son. After telling us that the account is in the process of being paid, they now say that it will not be paid as the invoice was submitted late. I contacted practice relief and the lady who is working with my case told me that it was not submitted late, she sent it through on the 18/12/2012, I then contacted oneplan and told them this and they say they have no record of this I need to send them proof, they only have proof of the Invoice sent in June. I have now sent them the proof that the lady at practice relief sent me and now all they can say is "We are not linked to healthbridge claims". (the Invoice was posted but the proof is on a healthbridge claim to state when it was posted because they don't have proof for a paper trail) I pay for this medical Insurance every month for medical purposes just to be told they wont pay.
