I submitted an insurance claim last week. Everything went smoothly until I tried to change the supplier for the replacement goods to a locally based supplier. I have not had any response for over a week after sending e-mail, phoning, leaving messages...
I am now tired of phoning, holding, telling the story to everyone that answers the phone only to hear that they cannot help me, and that Ntokozo neither phones back nor responds to e-mail. Interestingly enough Ntokozo's manager is also not available to leave a complaint.
Can someone please get back to me to get this resolved without me having to tell the whole story over again??
