I crashed my car almost a month ago, my opinion, the worst insurance company out there, AUTO and GENERAL was investigating my claim this whole time, phoning my friend's parents and then lying to me about what they said, Ive taken out insurance with Auto and General and its been the biggest mistake of my life, they have even asked me to change my story so it would be easier for them to nail me. I had to fetch a mate from a club and because of the time, they said they think i was drunk and that is because they will not pay out, what kind of service is that??? They even told me someone said i smelt like alcohol, I can not believe a company like this and and thumb so much. People don't ever take out insurance with these people, they will never help you, advise everyone you know!
