Last week Monday I started phoning the Planet Fitness Head Office on 011-327-1808 in order to move my membership from one to another outlet. Once put through to that department I listen to music and an automated voice informing me all their agents are busy, please hold and I will be transferred once an agent becomes available. Between Monday and Wednesday last week I tried this about 5 times a day and held on for 10 minutes minimum. I then went to one of the clubs and got and e-mail address to forward my request to. I sent the mail last week Thursday, today is Wednesday, no reply. So, as from this week Monday, I started phoning again as I stated clearly in the mail I needed to start my new training program at the new club this week Monday. Same story. Then, yesterday, I asked the receptionist to NOT transfer me, I want to speak to the manager of that department. He was offcourse busy and would phone me back. I asked the lady to please ensure he phones me back, well, no luck. I phoned three time this morning, no answer, and it was between 08:00 and 12:00. I just phoned and told her to net put me through to the automated line, well, she did, and I have been holding for 17 minutes, no
