Good evening, after referring my fiance to move her new account to fnb we have had endless hassles, her cheque card did not work, that was a week later sorted. Now the credit card, you'l will not issue her with a credit card... why?? because you will not accept an academic transcript which holds more weight a certificate.
this is utter BS the graduation is only in july. so now you;l want me to go to WITS and get a letter stating when the graduation is and she passed yet all the info is on the official transcript. i cant believe how stupid your agents are that they can not sort this out 3 weeks now. You'll going to lose a very highly valuable client
