I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a copy of a record of advice for a policy taken out with ABSA in 2008.
i have held on for various call centres. Then phoned a local branch in PE who gave me a different number and i held on again. The local branch gave me the details of a localABSA broker (obvioulsy becuase the one i had on file had left) and he didnt answer his phone nor was there a cell phone number on file for him. COme on ABSA, I cant find a complaints resolution policy on your website, i dont know how to proceed with my query becuase when i do finally get through, i am handed over to a different call centre. Unacceptable.
