I ordered an I pad from Fnb 13 March 2013 and they said delivery takes 10 - 15 days, everytime I call the call centre, they say the company that does the delivery will contact me. One of the agents even promised me that the manager will call me and sort the problem out. For such big company, they should really be more reliable, I dont know to whom can I speak to sort my problem out. At the end of the day Iam paying for, Iam not getting it for free. Please can you help sort out my problem.
