Hidden Charges - Green Backs

I look through my statements today, and I notice Green Backs Annual Reward Fee, and then Vat on that Fee.

1. I have never requested that I want the Green Backs service.
2. How do you run a rewards program, and charge clients for it? Pretty much negates its purpose.

I guess all banks are the same, I just hope all clients see them for what they really are.

Truly disappointing.
