I went to the Green Cross store in Mimosa Mall Bloemfontein and they didn't had any stock, also told me they don't stock Green cross... HOW then are you green cross store??? Then send me to the Waterfront mall, Green Cross store... they had no stock!!!
I then emailed HEAD OFFICE! They were quick to respond on the quiery, offered to help me with an order, when I emailed back the very same day with product code, size and details... one week later, NO RESPONSE!
Now that's what I call customer service! If not even HEAD office can deliver service, i get why a Green Cross Store is not selling Green Cross!!!
