NO ANSWER BY CALL CENTRE

I had a burst pipe in my house. i called and logged the claim. i was smsed the reference number and told within 48 hrs i will hear from absa. the contractors came out and did the claim. for 3 days now i have been calling and all i get told is all our consultants are currently unavailable please continue to hold. i have even sent an email but all i get is an automated email that says your query has been sent to the relevant department. and while they are taking their time my floor is lifting and carpets are stinking. please can someone contact me as i am fed up calling and holding on forever.
