I had my Hollard Drive500 Insurance activated from 01/03/2013 and the DriveMate installed shortly thereafter. I used my car very little in the following week/s and went away for Easter. Last week i was off sick and tried to use my vehicle but the battery (which is new, purchase at the end of last year) was flat. What really concerned me is I immediately checked if i had maybe left my lights on, but it was off. Since then, it has been a nightmare contacting anyone to assist me, last week a lady said she would get a technician to call me and visit to check the DriveMate, but i got no call by Friday CoB by the technician as promised. This week I spoke to various people and most unwilling to assist (fair enough that they were in claims or other departments), Megan was kind to assist today and promised i would receive a follow up call by her or someone at head-office before 5pm today, which has not happened. I have no car to drive for over a week now, i am scared to do anything until my insurance has checked it so they are happy that there was no tampering or any other issues. I would like to cancel the insurance, have the DriveMate removed and be refunded.
