BAD SERVICE!!! FURIOUS CLIENT!!!

When Hollard phoned us the agent (Imraan) was helpful with the information about the policy. My mother decided she was happy with the policy and we told him we wanted the policy. But Imraan regretfully didn't give us all the information we needed like the policy number, that I had to phone to request it for the Vehicle Inspection Certificate. And he didn't even tell me I must go to Glasfit and not any other glass fitment centre as Glasfit would be no charge and would send the document to Hollard instend I went to PG Glass and had to send it myself and pay because I wasn't given that information! So I email this document to Imraan but he doesn't even tell me if he received or not. And on the policy documents there are errors so I send a email to him to fix these errors. He didn't even phone tracker to come install the tracking device I had to phone and ask another person at Hollard to do it. It has been a month since we had this policy and I find now that the errors aren't fixed and the Vehicle Inspection Certificate isn't on the system. I haven't even received my policy documents, emergency numbers and stickers for my car because he didnt fix the errors. SORT THESE ISSUES OUT!!!
