Hollard policy

In february this year Hollard deducted R104.00 from my account. i made the inquiry in March and found that someone opened the policy in my name, i requested that they should pay my money back because i know nothing about the policy and did not sign any documentation. i was told that they will conduct an investigation and will get back to me within seven days and its six months already and they are still debeting my acoount every month and it seems as if no one is willing to help.
