Absa treating client like dirt

This is the second letter about absa on same issue but still not attended, I sold a property last year and it was discovered at the last stage of registration that title deed is lost. Absa appointed GEOFFREY SUTHERNS ATTORNEYS to advertised the matter, the process took six months.after it was recovered the buyer was fed up due to waiting thing and I lost the buyer and I accumulated more expenses .the house was back to the market I got a buyer after 4 months at the late registration the title deed was lost again.now Absa is appointing another attorneys to deal with the issue and I am accumulating more expenses and the current buyer is angry about the delay

Absa is not serious about this issue.i wrote numerous letters and calls to Absa but I am not winning. Please hello Peter assist me in this misery
