Bad insurance service/second hand replacements

My phone was stollen on the 29th of March, after getting then got a police report on Tuesday I called Calsure, (they take an average of 20min to get someone on the other end.) I explained what had happened they asked me to get an affidavit from the police which I got the same day at 11.30.

On 2nd April, I faxed all the requirements and was told to check after 4 hrs, at 4.30 followed up by telephone only to bhe told they have a backlog they will only see my fax the next day. I called the next day 3rd April and they confirmed receipt of the documents and asked me to pay the excess before they can proceed.

Friday 5th I faxed the proof of payment and called at 3pm to confirm if they have received my proof of payment. It was confirmed however I was told they could not send the phone as it was 3pm MTN had closed and they could not confirm stock.

I the whole week between 6 - 12 I was following up I got stories, on Friday 12th I was told it was coming on Monday. I eventually got the phone on Tuesday 16 April.

I switched on the phone to charge and to my disgust its it has a vodacom greeting and yet I use MTN network. These guys are just a
