I called in the standard bank on 0860123001 and selected option 2 for payment arrangements and required me to select option 4 thats when i was put through to a louzy consultant called Tebogo. i only required the number for the pre legal department, he decided to put me on hold without a proper explanation why. he did not come back to me but decided to hang up the phone. you know at times when u getting this kind of service from such a big organisation like standard bank, you start asking your self if your business its save with them. im really disturbed by this and would like something be done about this. people like him dont deserve to work in a customer service enviroment. i hear that marikana mines is looking for the likes of him.
